Ingredients of Tahini Hummus

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • salt as required
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice

How to make Tahini Hummus

Step 1 Mix the ingredients Take the boiled chickpeas and strain them. Add the chickpeas to a blender along with salt, lemon juice, garlic and tahini.

Step 2 Blend them Give the ingredients a blend. Now add oil in batches and blend everything together to form a smooth and thick mixture.

Step 3 Ready to be served Once done, serve the Tahini Hummus with pita bread, chips or nachos.
